Another One

We put another offer in today.  The house has our basic needs as far as size goes.  Nothing really "extra" with the space.  But we are really excited (again) about it.  It is in really good condition, has wood floors in the living room, good carpet upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms.  The downstairs living space is big and pretty open.  The master is huge with a huge walk in closet.  It has a good amount of storage space.  The laundry room is upstairs.  The backyard is pretty awesome - exactly what we want.  It has a patio, grass, and a decent side yard that we can build a raised garden bed.  So we will see what happens.  As far as we know our offer is competitive.  We also put that we have to know by 5pm tomorrow evening.  I'm glad this one will be fast.  So we'll let you know what happens! I'm ready for this part of the roller coaster to be over....
