Busy Busy Busy - with HOUSES!

Wow, the last few days have been a WHIRLWIND! Let's start somewhat from the beginning.

We have been living here for about 8 months. Originally we had planned on renting, but that kept not working out.  So we decided to move in with my parents until we could find a place.  Then my parents were going to buy and we were going to rent from them. Again, that didn't work out.  So, since we have been living here and have saved up some money we decided to see what we could do on our own.  So, a few weeks ago we started the application process for a loan.  We finished turning everything in on Monday the 9th, found out we were approved for 100k on Friday the 13th, found an agent on Saturday (a lady in our ward who is AWESOME!), she emailed us houses that night, we picked our top 3 and set up appointments to see them Wednesday night (the 18th, last night).  We couldn't wait that long to see them so we drove past them on Sunday after church.  Juston had his favorite, but I didn't love the location.  Then I had my favorite but we didn't know for sure what the inside would look like (there were no pictures of the exact house, we just found similar ones on Zillow).  Well, last night rolled around (also our anniversary).  We have been praying and praying to find a house.  Right before we left to go look we said another prayer to help us find a house, and quickly.  Well, we went to the first house and FELL IN LOVE!! Seriously, it is EVERYTHING we want in a house. Well, almost.  The only thing that falls even a little short is the master bathroom.  But even that is fine.  We decided to put in an offer.  It was too late last night to do it so I went to do it this morning.  We went back to look at it (well, my mom, me, and the realtors), just to make sure I still loved it.  I did, so we dropped my mom and Jackson off and went to make an offer.  I have been running around like crazy all day getting the paperwork done, getting checks, etc.  But, it is official, we have made an offer on a house!! As of this morning there were 7 offers on the table (none had been presented to the sellers yet) so we needed a really strong offer.  We increased our loan and put in what we feel is a really strong offer.  When she submitted the offer this afternoon there were only 5 left on the table. We are hoping more drop off before they are presented to the seller so ours can be even stronger. But we will see.  We are REALLY REALLY REALLY (x1235744953) hoping ours goes through and this works out.  Seriously, this house was awesome for us.  So, we are excited to see how this goes.  We are supposed to know what the sellers say by the first of next week (but I'm hoping for sooner).  It is a short sale, so this process could take a long time, but we hope not.  We'll see how it goes!!!! AHHH!

Master Bedroom. There is another window to the right. I love how many windows are in this house. The bathroom is just to the left and the other doorway up on the left is the closet.

Sink in the master bathroom.  We would put a vanity in to the left of the sink or something to give us extra get ready space.

Our favorite thing of all....THE LOFT!! It is huge. This is only half of it. It was impossible to get the whole thing in one picture.  I would put my preschool up here.

This is a blurry picture, but this is the other half of the loft.  So the layout of the upstairs is you come up the stairs and the loft is to the right. Then if you turn left there is bedroom one with the laundry room across from it. Next to bedroom 1 is bedroom 2 with the bathroom across from it, and at the end of the hallway is the master.
